All visitors are required to supply new indemnity forms every time you visit. One form is enough for each party, please sign, scan and send to bookings@limpopo-lipadi.org if you are able; or bring the signed copy with you.
Limpopo-Lipadi pays only for a medical evacuation service to be on stand-by. All travelers must be covered for the cost of that evacuation by their own medical travel insurance. You may need to forewarn your insurance company that you are traveling and provide dates or you may not be covered. You may need to seek cover from a different provider. This form will ask for provider name and policy number for each traveler, please have them handy. We apologise if this seems tedious, but its extremely important before you can travel to a remote exotic destination like Botswana.
Note that all visitors to Southern Africa require a valid passport together with onward travel documents and sufficient funds for the duration of their stay. Please ensure you have enough blank VISA (not endorsement) pages in your passport, with at least two consecutive/side by side blank pages. Our recommendation is minimum 3 blank pages. If there is insufficient space, entry into a country could be denied.
Since almost all of our travelers at the moment pass through South Africa, you should be aware of the new regulations. In order to combat child trafficking, South Africa insists on all children to travel with an certified unabridged birth certificate. This is a specific document, different to most standard birth certificates. Please contact your home travel advisory, or nearest South African embassy or consulate for details. You may be denied passage through South Africa without the correct documents.
